Site text, logos, and original graphics are owned by CRYSTAL CLEAR ASHTRAYS LLC or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. Product images and designs may be owned by us or by the supplier and are used to show the item offered for sale.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYSTAL CLEAR ASHTRAYS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased from us. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
