CRYSTAL CLEAR ASHTRAYS LLC (doing business as Crystal Home Essentials) provides the following shipping terms for orders placed at https://crystalhomeessentials.com/.
- Order processing time
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday begin processing the next business day.
- Shipping methods and delivery times
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after the order ships.
Estimated total time after purchase is about 4–7 business days (1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit). Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, holidays, or an incorrect address can add time.
- Free standard shipping
Orders of $59.00 USD or more (before tax and after discounts) receive free standard shipping. Orders under $59.00 USD are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Contact us before ordering if you have a question about a specific location.
- Shipping rates
For orders under $59.00 USD, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Order tracking
When the order ships, we email tracking information to the checkout address when the carrier provides it.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for extra costs caused by an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, including reshipment fees.
- Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@crystalhomeessentials.com. We will work with the carrier and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
- Returns
Approved returns follow our Refund Policy. Do not send an item back until we confirm the return. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping.
